In this session, I will describe the Campus-wide Compute and Data Grid at Texas University.
I will describe the Grid topology of the Campus Grid's compute and data infrastructure. Then I will describe in detail the intimate details of "grid-enabling" BLAST using an Avaki Compute Grid and Avaki Data Grid.
Examples of interfaces and results will be demonstrated in the talk.
