Biography
Blair Dillaway
Software Architect, Microsoft Corporation.

Blair Dillaway is a Software Architect in the advanced technology incubation group of Microsoft's Chief Research and Strategy Officer. His current focus is on developing innovative security solutions for large-scale distributed systems. While at Microsoft, he has contributed to multiple products as a technical leader and manager including: the Common Language Runtime; .Net Framework; Internet Explorer; Windows' x.509 PKI and cryptographic infrastructure; Windows' smart card infrastructure; and the RMS platform. Prior to joining Microsoft, he was involved in research and development activities for mutli-level secure computers, real-time call center management systems, fingerprint digitization systems, and military command and control systems.

Blair holds an M.S. degree from UCLA in Dynamic Control Systems and a B.S. from UCLA in Mathematics and Computer Science.
