Research Scientist, Siemens AG.
Thomas Friese is a research scientist at Siemens AG, Corporate
Technology, Munich, Germany. He received his diploma (M.Sc.) degree in
computer science in 2002 from the University of Marburg, Germany.
Before joining the research division of Siemens AG, he worked as a
full-time research and teaching assistant in the Department of
Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Marburg. His main
research interests are Peer-to-Peer networks and service-oriented Grid
computing, and he currently is finishing his Ph.D. with a focus on
service-oriented ad hoc Grid computing.
