Mike Guerette has been in the industry for 20+ years and worked on both hardware and software products in the role of product manager as well as business development manager. Mike's current activities in Long Range Planning at Hewlett-Packard involve how virtualization technologies (Grid, virtual machines, etc.) and software licensing models can evolve to create maximum holistic value for customers. Mike has recently published a white paper (Agile Licensing for an Adaptive Enterprise) on how software publishers and service providers can introduce new licensing models that address today's licensing issues.
